stay away from potatoes!

  1. Eh! Unless I’m missing something, the “potatoes (all)” category comprises both rancid-oil-rich fries & chips and unprocessed spuds, the latter food here shown to be less fattening than red and processed meats.

    The blurb is misleading: people gorge themselves on hyperstimulating mixes of vegetable oils and starch, not on traditional potatoes alone, which are actually quite satiating and very healthful (not to mention very Paleo!).

    If monotony is not a concern, one can eat pounds a day without fretting about insidious, carb-induced weight gain.
